Rev. David M. S. Cohen

David is the co-founder (with Kathi) of Moringa Associates Inc., and has served as its Public Officer since its inception in 2006. David has spent his working life in Christian ministry – teaching at St. Andrew’s Cathedral School and Sydney Grammar School; then served for 11 years with the Bible Society in Mauritius, New Zealand, and Africa; 11 years in parish ministry in the Diocese of Sydney; 8 years as General Director for Scripture Union in England and Wales; 3 Years with Tear Fund UK leading their team in Zaire; and 10 years as National Director of CNEC/Partners International Australia. With an MA in French from Sydney University, David was ordained in the Anglican Church of Australia in 1967; and is an Honorary Canon of the Diocese of Antsiranana in Madagascar.

Katherine A. Cohen

Kathi is the co-founder (with David) of Moringa Associates Inc., and has served as the Secretary and Operations Manager since its inception in 2006. Kathi has spent much of her life involved in Christian ministry. For 10 years, she worked with Youth With A Mission (in training, communications and operations roles with international responsibilities, based in Europe, on the M/V Anastasis); 4 years as Operations Director for the Evangelical Fellowship of Mission Agencies, USA ; and 6 years as Promotions Manager of CNEC/Partners International Australia. She was also the Business Manager for Church Army Australia from May 2009 to April 2010. Kathi serves on the board of Christian Management Australia, first from 2002 until -May 2009, and again from May 2010. Born in California, she has a BA in Organisational Management, Eastern University of St. David’s, PA, an Associate’s Degree in Biblical Studies and Leadership Training and is a member of Delta Mu Delta, National Honour Society in Business Administration, St. David’s, PA, USA.
